"I hired Regina's Maids for a professional cleaning for a lease closeout. The landlord was very detailed and requested touchups. Regina's was excellent in communicating with me and providing photos of all of the touchups. They completed the work promptly and the cleaners were friendly."

"Didn’t seem to clean the floors at all. When I went back to my house to see the job they have done the bottoms of my feet were black just from walking through the house. Bathroom counters were still grimy. We also asked them to clean some cobwebs in the basement ceiling joists, which they didn’t do at all. Not great spending $500 on a “deep clean” only to have to end up doing it yourself. I would never recommend this company."

"Unfortunate scenario. Asked for cleaning service to come clean my apt in Hoboken. They dispatchers are very kind but unfortunately im not paying $90 per hour for kindness but rather for a cleaning service. Cleaners were nice also but unfortunately one of the two cleanets either had no experience or was just so exhausted she basically did no cleaning. Felt like I was being ripped off as I watched her clean, got to the point where I was so frustrated I ended the cleaning early. One cleaner was good self sufficient but the other one wiped three surfaces the entire 1.5 hours. Handed the other cleaner rags. And thats about it. Multiple times I had to tell her to move on to the next area. It was really pathetic. The reason Im writing this review is because I made the company aware but they didnt offer to do anything about it. No refund, discount, sending back more cleaners. Nothing. Just ok well let them know. Very concerning. When my wife saw the job they did she literally was so upset. Ive hired three different cleaning services in Hoboken and this one and Cleanly are to be avoided at all costs. Stick with the Maids in Hoboken or one of the companies that sends a car with equipment. This feels like a really poor operation."
