"This place got mold at the top Of the machines, when you open the lid to pour your detergent. There’s absolutely no bathroom (atleast for customers) so you could be washing loads for hours and you’d pee on yourself. They have lost a lot of customers and nobody really goes in there. It’s always dead"

"People there have a bad attitude, but it’s probably one of the nicest laundromats in the neighborhood so I guess they feel like they can"

"I’ve been washing here for the past few months. My last 3 visits I’ve used there drop off service and the lady who works there has the worst attitude for no reason at all. Like you are bothering her. I’ve been nothing but polite and stay to myself when I’ve washed there, but I won’t be going back. I don’t need people with that type of energy to wash my clothes"

"Poor customer service. I went to do my laundry, add my clothes in the washer and the money. I asked for the free soap they advertise and was told there was no soap and that I needed to buy it. I asked why there was no noticed at the door and the worker said they forgot. I told the girl that the reason I don’t wash clothes in the weekend is because i like to benefit from the free soap ( which by the way they did have but she said the soap was for customers who they were paying them for doing their laundry) so after I had add my clothes and put money the girl said there was nothing she can do because her boss told her not to give free soap, I had no choice but to take my clothes out and put them back in my laundry bag and go back home. I can’t believe that they made me go through all that specially because they did had soap. This place is taking advantage of our community."
