"No longer called "Bubble-Pop but the drop-off service was Excellent!!! I absolutely love the way my clothes smell and folded so I only had to put them away at home!!!"
"It is currently 8:30am on a Sunday. This laundromat is suppose to open at 7am on Sundays this is the second time I have come early and they are not open. I guess that’s why there’s no business hours loaded on google. They come when they feel like."
"I find all the 5 star ratings from the same month suspect. This place is never opened on time. It is not the original owners. They also have a quarter machine that does not work and never has since the original owner left. I can't speak for their drop off services."
"I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened— when they first opened, it was great! Clean, well put together and the staff was friendly. NOW?! Within the last 2-3 months of coming (I come every week, once a week), it’s ALWAYS something! The dryers don’t dry completely, the washing machines don’t produce enough water for the clothes! You have to use the little yellow bucket to fill up the machines yourself, what is that? Today’s things is, there is no hot water. There was no sign, nor did the worker tell us prior to putting out clothes in the washer! When we mentioned it to her, she changed the temperature setting on the machine and said “there isn’t hot water” in Spanish, like, huh??? Then we had to proceed with filling the machine because, again, it doesn’t produce enough water… it’s an inconvenience and it’s not my job to spend the $ on the machines and add water in, $6 for a medium machine that doesn’t produce enough water or hot water AND I have to fill it up… I will no longer do business here."
"I was so excited for this Laundromat to open , The place is brand new and clean. Until I went a couple more times. It seems like the Laundromat has a Outside contract to do Laundry for an outside place such as a hotel. They have staff washing/folding clothes that is coming in like at a factory line at fast speed. The owner is rushing the employees to work faster and the worker told me I can only use two driers because all the other driers were occupied for the outside accounts. I was so upset , I told her " how are you going to run a business where customers cant utilize the actual machines? If that's the case make this place a private Laundromat I told her this was unacceptable and that she needs to fix this matter." I didn't go for three months thinking that being that they are new that maybe their business practice would evolve by now. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and dropped by today to do a wash. When I walked in I saw the same deal, No Machines, The guy taking clothes from the Public Van and every machine had a ticket of out side account. So I turned around and took my business somewhere else. Never again. Not your local neighborhood Laundromat."
