"My wife and our small child showed up to do our laundry. The website and the sign clearly stated last wash is 9:45pm and they close at 11pm. The man working there had already locked the door. He blocked us entering and said if you’re not dropping off you can’t come in. I told him the website and the sign said 9:45pm is last wash. He said no it’s 8pm. I said how does that make sense if you close at 11pm. He said you can’t wash and locked the door. We were about to give them about $50 worth of laundry. Wrong advertising. Bad customer service. The small laundromat down the block allowed us to wash. Do not come here, check out twin city laundromat a block away."

"I meant to review this laundromat a while ago when I went there. I like it a lot though. There's a great amount of washers and dryers to choose from. I would like it though if they have oversized dryers. They have some pretty big washers and once all those close come out, they all gotta go in several different dryers. It would be nice if they either had some 45lb (5 load dryers) or the single pocket 75lb (8 load dryers) so that everything from the 8 load washers can go into one dryer. But it's still a pretty nice Laundromat to go to."
