"My first use of Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning large 3 story home. They are the most expensive of services that I have used but did the job professionally and on time. They texted and confirmed the appt as well as sent notice 30 min prior to arrival. 2 men surveyed the property , placed ladders and blew leaves out and water hosed gutters. I was impressed that they wore safety helmets . The first gutter cleaners that I’ve seen with helmets 5 stars for safety for workers. They blew the fallen leaves from gutters and bagged them and left at curb for our disposable. Spent about 45 min at the property. They left a slip on the door flagging a concern. When I asked the worker he said something about a tilt to some gutters. Charged my credit card 2 days latter as they said. Beware they also replace gutters so I believe there is an incentive to «  find problems » as now I’m getting texts for gutter replacements etc. You can «  Stop » as reply."

Though I do wish they included which service. Anyway, their team did an excellent job. They were friendly and polite. They even went above and beyond and cleared my porch of leaves that collected the last few weeks that I have not gotten too. "Ned Stevens came over last week and cleaned our gutters for the last time this year. This completed our third year of using Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning, and I have to say that we've been very pleased, and impressed, with their service. They are efficient, very clean in their work, and leave the property looking beautiful when they leave. Additionally, the job only took about 20 minutes to complete, maybe a little more. I never mentioned my reason for using Ned Stevens. When cleaning a lower gutter myself in June 2020, I went left and the ladder went right...I dropped straight down about 8 feet, landing on my right shoulder! 2 partial tears of the rotator cuff, (luckily only that) and my gutter cleaning days were over!
