"They were unable to remove the stains from my shirt. They returned it to me dirty, and still charged me $11. Why am I paying for them to tell me they were unable to clean my shirt? Thieves. Would not recommend to anybody. She was rude as well."

"I've tried out different dry cleaners and this one is by far the best! They're reasonably priced and dry cleaning - from sweaters, dress shirts, dresses, and puffer coats - always comes back in tip top shape. I've probably brought 50+ articles of clothing over the past few years and have had no issues! I've also gotten dress pants/jeans hemmed and they always come out great. The workers are very professional and clear about when the clothes will be ready."

"After pinning my dress to take in the sides, and confirming that the alteration would echo the straight line of the torso, I picked up my altered dress to find it a mess on the sides. Extra fabric was drooping one one side and lumpy on the other. The owner insisted there was no way it wouldn't look that way, nothing could be done. REALLY? I said I'd pay for the shoulder alteration, but not the sides, and I was told that either I'd pay, or they'd take the dress back and let out the sides again. What?? Pay for shoddy work? I had no interest in letting them 'try again' on a dress I love. I had also asked for the dress to be pressed, and it was done terribly. I refused to pay for the pressing, but battling with the owner over paying for the terrible work was not something I was prepared to do. So I'm out a lot of money and now have to take the dress somewhere to be fixed. In short, DON"T GO HERE FOR TAILORING."

"Stay away if you don’t want your clothes ruined. I took at skirt to get altered and they completely butchered it to the point that it is probably not repairable. Fabric was left hanging out of the seams along with chunks of thread and the seams were all puckered. Furthermore, my husband went to pick the skirt up and they charged an additional $50 for ‘forgetting to add it on the original bill’. They said they called me but I never received a phone call. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away. I will not be returning the skirt for them to try and fix because I don’t trust they have the skills to fix the damage they have done."

"I have been using Belleclaire for 12 years and have always been very happy with both their work and customer service. But, last week they exceeded my expectations. My daughter had a favorite white silk shirt that got spattered with black India ink in art class. After googling stain removal and trying a few ways myself with no luck, I brought the shirt to Belleclaire. They were honest about not being sure if they could get it out - but willing to try. We were amazed to get it back a few days later with only the faintest shadow of ink - which only we will notice. My daughter was so happy!"
