"Absolutely horrible. Spilled coffee on my sweater on my way to work and tried washing it off in my office with soap and water ASAP while fresh. Then immediately went to them and they guy that took my sweater said that if it didn't work for me, it wouldn't for them either. What kind of answer is that? When I picked it up, nothing came and some new stains appeared."

"Renee, Miguel and Alex are amazing! They always can accommodate picking up and delivering my laundry on time and are so hospitable. It is so hard to find a laundry mat or service that has free next day delivery. When I was a first time customer, I had my own laundry bag but they provided me a larger bag for free. My clothes are always cleaned, dried, and not even a sock goes missing. I highly recommend Oxford cleaners!"

"We used them for wash and fold services and they ruined a load of our white linens with bleach. There are huge yellow patches all over our brand new King sheet set. They blamed me mixing colors (which I did not, load was all whites) and refused to take responsibility. A $200 sheet set is now ruined and they displayed a horrible attitude at their mess-up. I’ve made this mistake enough times myself when using bleach to know a bleach stain when I see one. So unprofessional to ruin someone’s belongings and then yell at the customer instead of apologizing."
