"Terrible experience terrible communication. While dropping my laundry off here, I asked the lady to have home delivery and to pay extra for expedited wash and fold. Apparently she did not add home delivery to the bill, told me there is no expedited service but she would call me when it was done on Monday. On Monday we were not notified of completion of wash and fold, so I called. On the phone we couldn’t even have a conversation because of language barriers. I had to go into the store on Tuesday to check if our wash and fold was done. It was just sitting there. If I was not proactive, nobody would have notified us. Never coming back here again. Terrible communication and service"

"The cleanest Laundromat & wash fold services in NYC so far! Plus the Mexican lady is super helpful in answering all questions. I have tried Mr Green laundry & couple others on west side and they were very dirty & not so good. But this place is clean with efficient machines. When it comes to laundry, it is very important that the machines & the place is well maintained & clean. This place meets all those criteria."

"Extremely rude service. Sent in a jacket for dry clean, the lady didn’t even know the price and asked me how much she should charge me (?). Later on told me in a very condescending way that she undercharged me. I pay what I should pay, it’s not my fault that you made a mistake and blame it on me. Neighbors don’t go to this place"

"I recently had some brutal experiences with laundry pick-up services and am SO THANKFUL to have found Sally’s while doing a quick google search. I messaged them on Google needing urgent laundry pickup and within a few hours, someone came and picked up my massive bag. Easy over the phone payment, and as if the prices weren’t already amazing - they offer 20% off for first time clients!!! I received my laundry back absolutely flawlessly folded, no damages, no color stains. Easily the best I have seen in all of New York. I highly recommend Sally’s and will be telling everyone I know to use their services! Oh and the bag they provide is a nice touch!"
