"It was fine for my pants, but when I asked to have my dress altered for my graduation, I got the nastiest attitude from what I assume is the owner. I thought the issue might be the dress material, but when I asked if they could fix another piece of mine they also said no. I am tempted to believe it had to do with the fact that I am a guy wearing a dress. You lost a customer. Never again."

"Just stay away from this cleaner. They ruined my several clothes. I encountered with losing buttons, having stains(machine oil or something else) and even having a hole. I dry cleaned the same clothes before elsewhere and these never happens before. Never wash vulnerable and variable clothes here. They don’t have the ability to handle them. Their machine is old and their store looks really bad. The owner only returned the cleaning fee after they ruined it and kept saying “check the camera and I told you that it could have damage by machine”. Awful experience. To protect my privacy, I don’t want to use my real name and I attached the transaction to prove I am the real customer."

"I have been using them consistently for about 6 months. Their service is excellent, they are very friendly and always remember me (and my dog!). They are very fast with the delivery service and are there to pick up or drop off within 15 minutes of my calling. I primarily use their dry cleaning service which is excellent, I have used their wash and fold service and tailoring a few times and have been very satisfied. After reading below, I'm guessing the owners have changed over the last 5-6 years. I'd highly recommend this place!"
