"I have been coming here for many months, until last my day Sunday 6/9. The laundromat advertises “Free Dry Everyday”, as I’m setting my clothes to dry, I realize it has been charging my laundry card and depleting my funds on every machine. I realize and inform the workers who do not care and are barely listening. As I reiterate in English and Spanish, the young girl at register states there’s nothing to do with the money I was charged and it’s basically “lost”. That if I need more time I can ask another worker to pass their card and add it. I was charged for drying and I don’t understand how a laundromat that advertises free dry will be okay with their machines charging for drying. All the workers in the establishment do not care at all about this and allow anything to happen. It is false advertisement and nobody cares enough to do anything or make it up to a loyal customer. 1 star for indifferent workers"

"I’ve been coming here for over two years before they just sold the place to a new owner. I own a laundromat myself. I’ve even tried to give them different tools to communicate what each customer wants. But today I’ve had enough. I’ve come to realize that they’re just unintelligent and Lazy workers. No matter if I write it in English or Spanish. They always seem to put and wash my clothes how they see fit instead of following the instructions left for them. The previous owner even went so far to write my name along with others, who won specific washing instructions done on the wall inside. But that doesn’t help because the workers don’t pay attention they don’t read and they don’t follow instruction. They told me to pick up my clothes, and all of my clothes were not folded and one bag was left unwashed. This place will never earn another dollar from me. Good luck to the new owners."

"Free parking. Free dry and free laundry on certain days of the week. A very nice laundromat that is spacious and have great machines. The best thing is the attendants are friendly and courteous. A+"

"First time here & it was great experience first, we didn’t have cash and the atm wasn’t working. The lady in the front helped us get a card and even helped us by adding the debit card money into the laundro card. We spent $19 on two big machines. And the driers are free when yu wash there. My bfs clothes were not dry after we dried them for 40 mins. Which was upsetting . We had to dry it for another 30 mins and this time we had to pay. We were offered pizza while folding our clothes . We didn’t realize on Wednesday they give free pizza to those washing . Nice ! They do appreciate their customers. Just check on those dryers ! All is well here . They dnt take debit so make sure yu have cash! Thanks ladies"
