"They do keep the inside clean, but they need to clean the machines often. A lot of the washers have a mildew smell inside which makes me not want to use them at all. The the doors of the washers should be kept open after every wash to prevent mold/mildew from growing, which front loaders are prone to. I’ve also seen bugs crawling around the washers. For what people pay here, I just think the machines should better taken care of. Unfortunately, it’s the only one that I have that’s near and somewhat decent."

"They don’t answer the phone. I walked 8 blocks to come wash my clothes only to get there and she says they are closed. The websites needs to be updated! If last wash is at 9pm it should state that on google! Horrible service!!"

"This is a good-enough laundromat. You can get in and get out within a couple of hours generally without issues. There are places to sit and to fold, and there is often (if not always) free soap. Having said that, there's a lot of room for improvement. Within the past few months, multiple dryers have been broken, prices on several of the washers have gone up and there have been a few days just in the past week where the place has been really late to open, literally leaving people out in the cold. Not sure what's happening behind the scenes - staff might be sick or have family emergencies - but it's impossible to know with no signs or online updates. It's also hard to be sympathetic because staff are not friendly."

"Do not bring your laundry here if you have any other choice! I try to go as soon as they open at 7:00 am and even then there are no machines available. They use them all for their wash and fold delivery service, leaving nothing for others. They also allow people to use like six machines at once so between those two things there’s nothing available even if you get there as soon as they open. I will take my business elsewhere."

"I appreciate their service and work. I’m able to drop off my laundry early in the morning on my way to work. Then, I’m also able to pick it up with no problem. It even looks pressed and compact. The price is of no importance to me. As long as their services are rendered as they promote them."
