"So once again the price has gone up on the dryers. I can completely understand having to raise cost due to inflation but if you're going to do so atleast clean the machines(there shouldn't be such a ridiculous amount of mold). Cover the outlet in the bathroom, clean the dust off of the ceiling fans and if you can't just cut them off so the dust isn't flying around. And last but surely not least remove the sign that says FREE SOAP MON-FRI. Telling the customer you just started this week isn't an excuse as you could have posted a note on the door alongside the other notices. But instead there is no signs posted outside or inside the establishment."

"I’ve been coming here in and off for about 2 years I stopped going because the last lady who worked there was rude and arrogant. Recently I made a trip there and it was honestly the best one yet! This girl was friendly and accommodating didn’t even complain that I stayed and they wanted to closing. I will be returning hopefully she stays. 4 different size machines small ones not very deep but big ones get the job done. Price went up( but of course) dryers are mediocre."

"Still waiting for a call back from the manager for 3 weeks now. Anna who answers the phone is so rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and "too busy to come out" even though she was fine to come out and speak with other customers before. It appears they have a big customer service issue, and the workers charge whatever price they want in terms of dry cleaning depending on their mood; to the point when I came to collect my items, one of the workers asked me why I was charged so much. Only good worker is the one who works in the evenings. Will not be using this laundromat anymore"
