"Every time I come to this laundromat this women gives me a hard time. If I ask for change for the machine it’s an issue if I ask for my coins to be changed into dollar bills $2!!! It’s no . As a paying customer she even gives you a hard time to use the bathroom. I brought my jacket to put in the cleaners at this location she told me this is dirty omg is this yours? With a disgust on her face and told me to take it to 124th cleaners. I came back with my friend and asked her to see if she would take it and she did !!! This made me feel like she has an issue with ppl outside of her own race and it’s a shame !! This is NY! I will never come back here and again and recommend others to go to the other laundromats in the neighborhood! Ask to speak with management now she acts like she doesn’t understand English. Let’s see how business runs when ppl start to relocate to other locations where the workers have great customer service ! Below I show pics that I am indeed doing my laundry. So why am I refused the key to wash my hands or 2$ bills for change to use the machine ??? Why am I constantly told to go elsewhere ? Because of my color?"

"Update 5/18/23: Cleaner and I've witnessed the staff help patrons. Orginal: Basic laundromat, clean enough but could be better. The washer compartments should be washed out daily. They have gunk caked on the lids. Dryers should be checked and cleaned for melted debris. Today, my 5th or 6th visit in 7 months and a washer door was stuck at the end of the cycle. The attendant took her time and came over in a "bothered" sort of way."

"This laundromat is over priced. And smells of mildew or old water. The machines smell like that as well so you have to think twice or find another location. Every few weeks the machine prices are hiked up. For a small machine the price is now $3.65 and counting. Even the dryers are an odd amount $.45 and $.55 for the larger dryer. This week the amount is set to change."

"I’ve used their drop-off service for a couple months now. I don’t use the machines so I can’t speak to their cleanliness but I’ve always gotten clean, fresh laundry from them. There are negative reviews about rude customer service but I’ve interacted with multiple employees and they’ve all been very nice. I’ve been disappointed by other laundry places in the area, so I’m glad this place is here. I’ve been completely happy with the experience so far."
