"Called, set up an account, scheduled a pickup. They never came. I called to check on if the person was okay they didn’t pick up and their mailbox was full. Luckily Laundromat 956 was able to come and I’m very happy with that service."

"I have used their delivery services for years,& from the person who answers the phone,then to how regardless if it is a small ,medium or extra large load your clothes are washed to your desire,then folded perfectly to the delivery person & courteous ways , nothing but 10 out of 10 ALWAYS. "I have been doing my laundry here for almost 4 years, with mostly good experiences. Occasionally a washing machine wouldn’t work or the dryer would not dry, costing me extra money. As well as several of my clothes/items being stolen by the (seemingly underage) employees in 2022. I just charged these things to the NYC game, because that’s just how it is sometimes. Well, now the washing machines are breaking down even more, causing floods, not washing clothes properly etc. The worst part is- the owner has increased the prices of the washing machines by 25% !!!!! That type of spike with no upgrades or positive changes to the appliances or service is insane. It’s almost as if they are making the customers PAY FOR THEIR REPAIRS. This is disgusting. I have had enough and will no longer be bringing business to this scam of a laundromat."
