"It’s okay. You get blamed for the machines not working. “Did you close it properly? You didn’t close it properly. I’ve never had trouble with this one.” And so on. Just because the door is hot doesn’t mean it’s actually drying. I put $1 in one machine, door was hot but the clothes were wet. Yet somehow that was my fault? Other than that, everything else is okay. Best time to go is in the morning. Never had troubles in the morning."
"Customer service here is horrible half the machines do not work and if you use a broken machine WITHOUT A LABEL ON IT STATING ITS OUT OF ORDER they will get upset at you and say you have to pay for another machine instead of refunding because it’s their fault"

"This girl that works in the laundromat the one that's pregnant don't know how to treat people a lady that was pregnant went to exhale to use the bathroom and she said no the bathroom was out of service when I saw another lady coming out of the bathroom that's not right and she is pregnant the same way as the lady was"
"It's ok, does the job but hate that some people bring their whole family and let their kids rum rampant. Crying , getting inside the carts, it's really ridiculous. But it's the hood so I guess it's to be expected."
