"I used the $10.50 machine and used a whole small bottle of Tide and it didn't even get soapy and my clothes didn't come out clean and it stopped with 4 minutes left and my clothes were soaking wet, this place sucks"
"I wanted to like this place because it's the best laundromat within walking distance to me. But I had a few issues with drop-off service. Firstly, even though the clothes are folded nice, they're always wrinkled. They probably use budget detergent and fabric softener. My biggest issue is that I noticed that I had a missing item when u picked up my laundry. I called them, and they were nice enough to identify and locate it. When I went to pick it up, I noticed more of my items in 2 separate bags with other customers' names on it. The items were very distinct, and i noticed them immediately. My daughter had a unicorn bathrobe that was easy to identify. I'm wondering how many more of my items must have gotten misplaced."
"70% of machines are out of service, most staff do not speak English and can’t comprehend simple issues, also some are rude. Machines don’t produce enough water to wash clothes as I would like. Would not recommend you waste your walk/drive to come here. If it’s packed you may end up waiting 20 minutes to an hour for machines. 2 stars because the place is relatively quiet, clean and empty on certain days/hours. Also open 24 hours if you need to wash in a last minute emergency."
"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF LAUNDRY. 50 WASHER machines and only 5 work. ALL HAVE STICKERS SAYING “Out of Service” I HAD TO KEEP REUSING ONE MACHINE."
