"Absolutely LOVE this wonderful family-owned and operated business. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time and just couldn’t find the words to properly illustrate my appreciation. I have been a wash & fold (with pick-up/drop-off at my house!) client for the past 1.5(+?) years. I am going through a particularly busy phase in my life, and having help with laundry (at a very reasonable cost) has been a huge relief. I provided instructions for clothing when I first became a customer, and the team has followed them ever since (without the need for reminders!). They care for each item regardless of value, which means that even my most inexpensive clothing items remain in great shape. Every person I have interacted with (especially Sue and Hana/Johnny!) has been extremely respectful, kind, and efficient. Pick-up and drop-off at my house are flawless and well-communicated. The team checks on me if they don’t hear from me for a few weeks, which is so touching and rare. They make Nutley (and my life!) better. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart!"
