"Horrible drop off service, half of the items in my bag weren't mines. I don't have young children and all sorts of baby items and unknown stranger's male underwear were mixed in with my clothes. Gross! So apparently my stuff got mixed up and washed with a stranger's clothes. Plus another time, the clothes were all wrinkled and the fold is not that neat. Will not recommended at all."
