"Not worth staying and diy..Just drop it off (which is great service).. The washing machines don't work here . You have to keep putting water into the machine so that all the detergent gets out of the clothes or you."
"I pass by three laundromat to come here because of their speed queen, however, I noticed that everything time i touch the “hot water” it always feel COLD OR LUKEWARM, when I approached the lady she said u came too late trying to play me. I told her I visit here frequently, don’t act like im not a regular, so she replies with sorry, we don’t have hot water. No wonder why everyone’s complaining about their cloths not being as clean as they should be. I will start going to the 24 hr laundromat up the block from now on. To be fair, this place would be flawless if they had hot water."
"Clean, the machines work well but the place is small and get crowded fast!! Average prices; $2.50 washers 25 cents gives you 8 mins on the regular dryers. There is a machine which let you use a debit, ebt or credit card to buy a laundry card. The laundry card is only ONE DOLLAR!!!"
"The $6,75 machine took my money but didn't work. Lady was very RUDE! SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ME PUT MONEY IN THE MACHINE SO NO REFUND. Gave me no options to get refund were offered. I said, "So you are basically calling me a liar!?" Return? NEVER AGAIN, NO THANKS! I just received a reply to my review. I said the machine took my money not that a card was used. Take a picture of a card I didn't need to use because it was all quarters? I haven't been back there for over a year and a half! Am I to assume they've lately switched to cards instead of coins? So why haven't they changed/updated their information on this site concerning this yet?"
"Firstly, there has been no free soap here the last two times I showed up, so I had to buy an overpriced small bottle. It was $3.25. Free soap is advertised on their windows in bold letters. Then one of the machines took $4.00 from me. The machines are ancient and not programmed well, as it turns out the reason it took the $4.00 from me was because the door on the machine was open and it didn't count my quarters after the first two. Strange that it took two of my quarters despite the door also being open, but okay. Each wash on a machine of that size is $4.50. I attempted to get my money back but because the door was open, the manager and attendant refused. My soap was in the machine, as were $4.00 that weren't counted so I was out $7.25. To try to get my money back, I was referred to a poster somewhere here that I should call the place's number. I did and I watched the same attendant pick it up. That was useless. Then, I wrote an email to the owner, I think. I wrote the issue and sent it to him. The attendant doesn't know when I'll get a response but I was told the owner would be back on Tuesday. (Four days away from when I wrote this.) The place got $4.00 for free with no services rendered and I had to spend more money after visiting an ATM and spending more money unnecessarily in fees to then bring it back to the laundromat and get the inept machine to work and wash my clothes. It was very annoying. I may update this review if things turn out well with my refund. EDIT: 5 minutes after posting this review, I got my money back. The timing was impeccable. Still, two stars instead of one because I didn't like that I had to go through this. EDIT: I have used their drop-off laundry service a few times and it's pretty great. Three stars now."
