"The laundromat is extremely tiny and cramped. The few people I encountered with the exception of one... both clients and associates were very standoffish. Although, one lady who was working hard took the time to instruct me on how to purchase and use the laundry card you must purchase to utilize the washers/dryers. I read previous reviews and made sure not to leave my things unattended. However Thursday seemed to be a good day to wash. It's convenient because I recently moved to the neighborhood very near to this laundromat."

"Do not bring your clothes here!!!! I separated all of my items before bringing them to the laundromat and gave hand-written instructions to the service provider so that some of my items would not be machine-dried. They ran all of the clothes through the dryer and several items are completely ruined! I was also accidentally charged twice for the transaction, and they would not refund their erroneous charge. They only offered a credit to reconcile the error. Communicating with the staff is very difficult, so I didn’t argue about the credit, but I won’t be coming back."

"The machine issuing laundry cards was only taking cash. Their ATM was out of order. There was no way for me to pay to wash my clothes, and I wasn't gonna be cornered into drop-off service. That said, how good could their machines be anyway?"
