"The owner is scared to keep the homeless out. The owner is scared to tell people not to eat on the tables. The owner is scared to enforce no dogs allowed even though the sign is in the window. TODAY THE OWNER LET A NEIGHBORHOOD BULLY PLAY HIS MUSIC LOUDLY ON A SPEAKER AND HE INTIMIDATED ANYONE WHO COMPLAINED....THE OWNERS OF THIS LAUNDROMAT WILL WATCH YOU GET BEAT DOWN AND NOT SAY A WORD....I HAVE WATCHED A HOMELESS SMOKE HIS WEED INSIDE . BUT THE OWNER IS NOT SCARED TO RAISE THE PRICE OF THE MACHINES EVERY FEW MONTHS !!! Update Feb 2024 this place has not improved...drug dealers keep their stash in the carts and people are allowed to play loud music and eat food on the folding tables. One day a 9 year old was lounging in a cart..dirty sneakers and all. This place is the closest to my home but honestly they could close this place for good and I would not care. 2024...its still the same...the owner let's the neighborhood thugs come in use the bathroom...God knows what they are doing in the bathroom....then there is the "package " the local drug deal stashes in the back in a laundry cart under clothes.....I pray the police raids them soon."

"Staff is friendly. Dry-cleaning and alteration services are offered. On the down side, a medium load of wash seems pretty expensive ($5.25) and the utility sink is non-functional. Also, some suspicious characters who are not cleaning clothes sometimes loiter inside."

"I wish I could rate ZERO stars, they sent someone to deliver my laundry and pick up at the same time (which I’ve done for two years) and the guy NEVER brought my laundry in. The owner could care less and passed the phone to someone else when I was asking where my laundry is, terrible , terrible service with uncaring,indifferent owner. I have been a good customer for two years that tips $10.00 every time... all for what?"

"I used drop off service and they burned my clothes. Some items were severely shrunken, and even my underwear lost all elasticity and had to be thrown away. The machines are good if you are doing your own laundry, but they use a card system instead of quarters and it costs $5 for a card."

"This place is just a few steps from where I live so its convenient. The pricing for machines are reasonable. There's always empty machines so you won't have to wait at all to start washing. The downside: there are roaches! This is not suprising because the floor and tables are always dirty. I can tell they do not care to sweep or mop or wipe down the folding tables throughout the day. I have seen them wiping down the machines thank God. They need to be more clean and I would give them more stars."
