"The machines do not properly work. When you add soap the machines need gallons of water added to them in order for the soap to go properly down. The person in charge puts a out of service sign on the dryer's so customer won't use when it's really for them to use for in house laundry... Not a good service and prices are too high."

"I've been coming to this laundry for a while because it's location is convenient. This will be the last time. Not only have 4 of the 8 dryers not been working for the last 2 months, washers constantly are breaking down, now they're not even open during the times they're supposed to be. Last wash is supposed to be at 9pm with the laundry closing at 10pm. I come here well before last wash tonight, to see a sign taped to the door "Closing at 7pm". Lights off. Gate down. The owner of this laundry clearly doesn't care about their customers and is content to collect people's money while delivering subpar services. Imma take my hard earned money and precious time and do my laundry else where."
