"Can be hit or miss. They are good with basic things like fast fashion items not meant for the washing machine/dryer. Gave them one if my memory foam pillows to clean and it came back dirty af. Fabric also piling. Definitely not putting my face on this. Will call ASAP to report and rectify."

I gave them pants with a small wine stain that they returned to me with a BIGGER soap stain that they cannot remove. The store then tried to wriggle their way out of responsibility... Waste of time, money, and soap too! STAY AWAY if you like your clothes."
