"My experience at this laundromat has been horrible!! Even though there are people using the dryers, the woman who works there will constantly and consistently use up all of them for her drop offs. And even when the dryers are done, she will leave them, while other people are waiting while laughing and talking on her phone. This woman even saw me waiting for her to remove the clothes from the dryer while she walked past me twice! If this laundromat doesn't VALUE its black customers, then maybe they should place a SIGN on their door!!"

"Did the drop off service here around 6 times. Throughout the course I’ve lost socks, t-shirts and had sweaters ruined. Always very specifically requested a cold wash, but convinced they just don’t care. Should have checked the reviews prior to coming, but the place looked modern so I rolled the dice. Last time I have used this place. For self service it’s fine."

"I have been using this service successfully since I moved to this neighborhood in April. With my last order though, I received back items that were damaged during the washing process. I sent photos to the provided email as requested. It has been more than a week, and there has been no resolution. As I wade through a sea of angry women named "Anna" and absent managers named "Ivan" who work remotely, I doubt my situation will ever be dealt with. They request that you go through a ridiculous and unreasonable process where you have to bring your damaged items to one of their random stores, even after photo documenting the damage. You are then told that there is no "management" onsite because they have 32 locations and that your items will be picked up and brought to management for review. When you try to ask about the time frame or if there is an option to bring the items to someone directly to expedite the matter, you receive extremely aggressive behaviour. Emails and phone calls I have made go without responses. It is truly unfortunate as this was a decent service until it wasn't. With their 32 locations, I'm sure that my comments will go unnoticed. However, be wary of them as I now need to find a new laundry service."

"Friendly and excellent service. I handed in a bag of miscellaneous garments, my request of not tumble drying a certain pair of pants was followed. Reasonable prices, I would certainly use their services again."

"Closer to my home, great supply of machines. Try to keep one card for if you decide to return to load it. Visible restroom in back, next to table you can fold clothes on. Your clothes may be taken out if left for too long due to supply of larger machines. Still a convenient spot, I think they close early around 8 though"
