"Goodbye Double Star I have used this laundromat's drop off service for 10 years periodically my laundry has come back missing an item or 2. One time a sweater came back that was ruined by the dryer. On my last drop off 2 pajama pants never came back at all, I spoke to the wife and she told me to check my apartment because it was impossible for that to happen. I know they were there when I dropped off my laundry bag because they are my 2 favorite pair of pajama pants. I distinctly remember putting them in the laundry bag. Whenever I have complained she denied that it was the laundromats fault, she did not offer me any compensation for the lost articles. I will seek legal recourse on principle, you just do not treat a 10 year customer that way. SHAME ON YOU DOUBLE STAR."

"Old reliable laundromat. Hours are 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. Attendant is always there from mid-morning to closing. You can do your own laundry or have them do it. It's on a very busy avenue filled with all kinds of businesses so you can easily run errands while you are doing your clothes."
