"Stupid laundromat- fix your hours in google, if you’re closed on 9, fix it on google. Old machines, rude staff. The worst place ever"

"This laundromat lost a wool scarf I dropped off for dry cleaning. I dropped off a blouse and an all black wool scarf and when I went to pick it up, my blouse was dry cleaned but the scarf they tried to give to me did not belong to me. They tried to give me a brown scarf filled with designs. I tried to tell the employee working there that the brown scarf did not belong to me and she tried to convince me that it belonged to me. After I insisted that the scarf did not belong to me, she then advised she would call the partner dry cleaning company and check. Over a week later, I just got a call back from the employee insisting that the brown scarf belonged to me! I cannot believe this establishment is trying to push this scarf on me that does not belong to me! Now what? I’m no longer dropping off any of my clothes, please beware."

"Updated 3/9/2020: I had been coming here since it opened up. It used to be really good, but it's really gone downhill over the last few years. The biggest problem is the staff - they can be downright nasty, and cold. About 2-3 years ago, I had some major spine issues, and couldn't bend from the waist. I used to borrow one of their folding chairs so I could sit in front of the machine when it came time to empty it. That method worked well for me. Well, eventually the staff wouldn't allow me to do that. When I tried to explain that I was disabled, and just needed the chair for like 5 minutes, they did not care one bit and told me 'no' in a very nasty way. I had to drag my own chair there, and when that got to be too much, I had to use a grabber stick to pull my laundry out. It was very uncomfortable for me compared to using the chair - all I needed was to borrow one for 5 minutes. I always brought it back. I could have called the Department of Justice, the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and anyone else to report them, but decided not to. I had to save my energy for managing my disability, and trying to keep my job at the time. Cleanliness: The machines are usually clogged with the low-quality, nasty-smelling, free detergent they give out. Since I don't want my clothes to stink, I have to find a machine that doesn't have the disgusting soap sitting in the ports from the previous person who used it. They also let pets roam around, and they let kids stand on their feet in the wheeled baskets that are there for your clean laundry. Not sanitary. On the plus side (yes there is a plus side), there are a lot of machines, and it's open fairly late compared to some other places. However when it's busy, it's not easy to find open machines if you need more than one. I also like that you can choose the wash temperature - not every laundromat enables you to do that. Value: Their prices have also gone up quite a bit over the years, now the small machines are $2.80. And now they have a new card system to operate the machines, and you have to pay $1.50 for the initial card! You then load money on the card because the machines only take cards now. They could have just given us the card as a courtesy. We didn't ask for the new system. I usually only come here now when other places are not as convenient. If I could, I wouldn't come here at all."

"I have in-building laundry but still come here for a quicker wash & dry when I have multiple loads & don't have the quarters. They have plenty of machines and they all work really well. Yes it is more expensive. Yes it does take time to get to. But the laundry gets clean & the dryers are efficient. The wash & fold service is great too, which I have used multiple times through the years that I have been visiting. One thing I would say was a big plus when they first opened was the pickup/delivery service - I never used it until my partner broke his leg and we needed the help. It was wonderful, but they stopped at some point a few years ago. It would be great if they could bring this back. He and I are well enough that we can go in person now if we need but I think the neighborhood would really benefit if this service still existed for the elderly & disabled."

"I been coming since it first opened which has been more than 4yrs. The staff is always friendly and always helpful. I have read these past posts, why would they be rude. My answer is how you act is how you are perceived. If you are polite and acknowledge ppl they will return give you the same respect. I have had issues in the past with machines. The staff has always helped me. The place is always clean. There are plenty of machines to wash and dry. The new card system is awesome. It’s so much easier. There is free soap, you can either use it or bring your own. No one is forcing you to use their soap it’s entirely up to you."
