"I have lived here for more than 10 years and Today is 8/21/24 /7pm and honestly this lady has been terrible since she started the other women that works on Thursdays is such a blessing ! I been trying to complain for years but idk what she does to keep this job ? she even told me today in my face that she doesn’t care if they fire her and that she has other jobs. My thing is ok you work hard me too I do close to the same job she does and I would never treat them the way she does. She has the other girl here doing most of the work and makes this place feel so miserable! This is my last day here I wish I can stay but if she stays I’m gone . The laundromat not far from here 8 min walk is actually wayyy better ,cheaper and closer to my home they just renovated too thats very exciting :) bye family super laundromat . Please don’t waste your money here they need to renovate themselves."

"I like the setting. It's not a state of the art Laundromat but I feel safe and happy. The attendant lady is nice and very helpful. I think she's Mexican. The only issue is the bathroom. No toilet paper usually."

"I entered this laundromat and simply asked a female worker is this coin or card operated? She frowned her face up at and said "Hold on, wait a minute." She does so while waving me off rudely with her hand and walks away from me. I never washed here and never came back. Horrible customer service is the fastest way to lose a customer. Train your workers better."

"This laundromat is great they do clothes washing service, and most of the washers and dryers are good. It's best to go when it is 11 to 12 pm that's when it is most empty. And the only complaint I have is that the ac doesn't work but they have fans so that about covers it."
