"Often I wash at this laundromat. I notice a difference in the price to use hot water. I do understand cost to create hot water, however the water be cold, and I'm charged an extra fee. Please fix this issue, as this can be considered theft. I want services rendered for services paid for."
"I came here today after years of not coming to a laundromat because i have a washer at home but i decided i wanted to wash clothes and it be quick. I came here because i thought it was the best one and cleanest in the area. I mistakenly paid the wrong machine because all my machines were not together. I told the worker that’s here a young lady and I asked if i would be able to be reimbursed because that 5.25 down the drain she said no because it was my mistake. I really felt like she could of helped me I’m spending $60 here today washing and drying you really telling me she couldn’t pay my other machine to reimburse me for the one that wasn’t mine. I just felt like she could have been more helpful."

"Every week I turn around the price of the dryer and washer is going up at an alarming rate. I don’t understand how can you rob the customers who been coming here for years that can’t afford to go anywhere else due to not having the means of transportation. 89 for big dryer 49 for the regular size. Someone needs to investigate this"
