"Laundrymat is clean and has many machines and dryers. But the Spanish worker is very rude every time she is working. Please be nicer to your paying customers and fix those card machines if it annoys you people don’t swipe fast enough for them."

"Dont come here for laundry. The atm was so supposed to dispense $200 but gave only $60, but the receipt said dispensed $80. The owners claim their is no atm owner to contact, they are lying. Impossible for them not to have atm owners name. Owners of this laundrymat says they don’t have owners number, how is that possible. Bad customer service!!! Im not taking this review out until the owner contacts me."

"Plenty of machines unless machines are broken or not working properly. One of the washing machines I used didn't properly rinse out my clothes. There was a lot of water dripping out. Had to manually wring out my clothes. Even though they offered to put it back to another washing machine, I just didn't want to bother. They failed to put a sign on the defective machine. Not good. Another thing is they have a very very small parking lot. There is one car taking up space with no license plate. The car has been there for a very, very, LONG time. Other than all this, the laundromat serves its purpose."

"The owner to this Laundromat is a crook. They charged me $11.50 to wash my grandfathers clothes, then when I go to pick up the clothes they charge me an additional $8 because my grandfather had a twin blanket. When I refused to pay the $8 because there there's nothing post on the receipt stating that the price can be change after the fact, the owner said she wouldn't give my grandfather his clothes instead she will throw them away. I've been using their laundry service for the past 2 years since my grandfather was admitted into a Nursing Home near by. When I told her why didn't you call me on the cell phone number that was listed before you made the change in price, she said because they don't make phone calls. I told her that wasn't true because they have call me twice in the past when my grandfather's laundry has not been pick up after a period of time. Making adjustments to the price without our consent should have never done. We should have been notified first before taking matter into her own hands. I have never encountered such poor customer service and verbal abuse in my life. The owner went on say (now yelling) that she didn't care if my grandfather was in a Nursing Home and that the price had changed, she asked that I take a picture of her hand written sign she had in sharpie (that I had never seen before) and send it to my grandfather and that she didn't care what his personal financial and medical problem were. She then wrapped up his sack of clothes and said she was going to throw them away. In the end I left with nothing not even the $11.50 worth of clothes that were originally agreed upon. I will never return hear again."
