"This is a full service laundromat which I started using first for my laundry needs, beginning in 2021. There were no problems bringing in the laundry to be cleaned, dropping it off, then picking the bags up leaving a small tip each time. By December 2023, a very expensive pair of jeans were laundered but not returned, in the same load. Instead [they] replaced it with a lady’s pair of jeans by the same labeling. The manager, Javier, was gracious enough to reimburse for the cost of the jeans along with other items gone missing. The problem continued. Not only were clothes missing, linens began disappearing from my pickup bags? When discussed with the manager he brought it to the attention of the workers who denied any wrongdoing or inattentiveness to the work. The manager explained that it wasn’t by them, from the workers’ standpoint. Of course, after settling on the dispute for repayment the issues remained unresolved. [Warning: If your belongings begin disappearing from your returned laundry, they are targeting you with petty theft.] These conditions will become greatly irrefutable gradually over a period of time regardless of how long or how well the job is done and leaves the customer’s confidence at risk for losing their potential clothing, at their expense. Again this type of disruption or indiscriminate activity may result from innate prejudices, great or small. In this context as small business practices cede, it places a personal emphasis on disfavor. Not only culled by the individual themselves but the insecurity of one’s own self-reassurance that, the business is not taking fuller advantage on them and therefore the opportunity to gain the advantage and upper-hand. Taking such initiative by equally pilfering from the customers they regularly serve. To reiterate [a caution] due to the uncertainty about the mission of their business relationship, to indicate covert deceptions about it in their laundering service, however. This is a huge undertaking no doubt if the issue weren’t addressed or, known, or suspected, by some people if not the entire community at-large for its reputable regard. At-risk issues can cause us significant problems to unreported lost property and for valued items. Regardless of our socioeconomic status or background. It’s about “insurance” placing our trust on the service providers.?"
"Do not get your dry cleaning done here. I had to have a 10 minute argument just to get my money back. They took a week just to tell me that a small snag on my pants was damage and they couldn’t clean them, even though they’ve cleaned them several times over the past 7 months. Also, before all this happened, they printed Monday on my ticket and when I showed up to pick up my clothes, they said they weren’t ready and that I should always come the day after what’s on the ticket… how does that make sense? I’ve had workers start my machine without asking me when I was waiting for another load to finish so I lost money on a wash. Really unfortunate, because I used to like the place."
"I had an issue with getting my laundry picked up. The owner called and acted quickly to resolve the problem. It's nice that he cared about a customer (was my first time using their service). My laundry came back with fast turn around, neatly folded and seemed clean. And I also thought their prices were fair. There are delivery apps out there that I won't name which charge very high prices and they won't get your laundry back quickly. It's better to choose a local place directly. So I will definitely use their pickup/delivery service again."
"My family & I have been customers for a very long time now, this year we are very disappointed in the service. We have now lost clothing, we find other people’s socks, panties, and boxers… which is extremely disgusting being that we have our toddlers clothes together.. we have already spoken about this matter and nothing has changed, We are honestly ready to move on."
"Good customer service. Poor drop-off service. Disappointed to say I will not drop off clothes or linens again. Clothes have been shrunk and linens were completely wrinkled, look unwashed, and smell like food. My business relies on clean, fresh linens and I had to spend additional time and money correcting their mistakes that I paid for. Be careful with drop off service. **edited to add: went to have issue corrected bc they didn't wash with soap (admittedly), just the booster powder I requested to add to a regular wash. Im pretty sure they just refolded the linens & put them back in the bag. They still stink & I've used their drop off service before&never had this smell."
