"Unsatisfactory Service and Damage to Clothing I recently had a very disappointing experience with LaundryTrain, which compelled me to write this review. I had entrusted them with several items, including clothes from Zara. Not only were these items returned to me severely shrunken and unwearable, but I also noticed a recurring issue with their service - failure to effectively remove stains from various garments. I approached the manager, Joe, hoping for some resolution or understanding. Unfortunately, his response was far from satisfactory. He suggested that the damage was my fault, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. This interaction was disheartening and added to my frustration. Due to these experiences - the irreparable damage to my clothing and the inadequate stain removal - I have decided to no longer use LaundryTrain’s services. It’s crucial for a laundry service to care for and properly clean the items they handle. LaundryTrain, in my experience, has failed to meet these basic expectations. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback and leads to improvements in their service for future customers. As for me, I will be seeking a new laundry service that values its customers and their belongings."

"I have been using Laundry Train since just around beginning of Covid. To be honest I was hesitant at first since I always did my own laundry and was very controlling how it was done. But Covid hit and I had to back off and relax, started using Laundry Train since then. They are fantastic, my Laundry comes back organized, folded, clean. The team there is amazing and the drivers Fernando and Richard are very reliable and professional. Excellent communication! ⭐️"
