"There is one woman here who is so rude and always wanting to fight. I had to call the police bc she got in my face too many times and always screaming in Spanish. Then she has other ppl who do not work there come to her defense and got in my face too. This place is ghetto, the Mexican girl is rude af, and there dryers NEVER WORK. We HAVE to put up with this bc there isn’t any other place around. On top of that, when you ask the girl for the managers number, she won’t give it to you. She’s very rude where as in the past, the owner would have wanted his number given if there was an issue. They are running this place into the ground and there’s no dryers that work and with all of these luxury buildings being built around here this place should be destroyed and a new one rebuilt."

"I've lived around the corner from this Laundromat for a year now and have had overall very positive experiences. Initially I started using the drop off service which is honestly much more expensive than doing it yourself there, to be expected. It's clean. Employees are nice. Down side is the place is narrow and a crowd in there is a nightmare to manuever through. Also in the winter it's hot as dryer balls in there. ****2 years later..... ***Ive found the best time to go is usually mid afternoon, after 2 pm during the week. I definitely avoid going on weekends if possible. If you go when its busy you may end up waiting a little while for a dryer to free up."

"I love the customer service here and the machines are pretty good. It does get crowded depending on the date and time but the employees make it work"

"One of the ladies that works there is so rude and disrespectful. The other day which was my first day there I’d explained to her that I needed my money back because the clothes didn’t dry she got mad at me and disrespected me! She continued to argue even though I wasn’t even speaking to her I was speaking to a much nicer employee that worked there. Her professionalism was not there at all! So disappointed with the service there. They need to update their dryers way too old!"

"I have been a customer at this location >10 years. I initially started with wash and fold but with blankets and duvets it gets extremely expensive. Nevertheless, the wash and fold service is completed within 24-48 hours. Very small space with very competitive prices compared to other laundromat's within 5 block radius."
