"They offer free soap from Monday thru Friday with big letters outside their business when you load your machines and ask for the free soap they said there’s no free soap anymore that they signs going to keep been there because they can remove it"
"Awful customer service. I came in with just washed, wet clothes, unbeknownst to me I cannot dry clothes there without washing them there as well on weekends. It was my first time. There were many dryers empty, the attendant gave me attitude the moment I stepped in, wouldn't make an exception. Now I have to wash all my laundry again. This isn't how you treat your customers and neighbors. I would understand if I was a repeat offender but it was my first time."
"My preferred laundromat in this neck of the woods! Been going here for years - never one issue. Give them a shot, they are clean, tidy, professional, and helpful in here. Not really much to say about a laundromat. Great move switching to the little cards!"
"Been coming here for years. Service is not consistent. This is by far one of the worst experiences. Picked up my laundry today 1/16. For pick up service. About 3 weeks laundry. I’m unpacking my laundry to find all my lights color underwear and socks missing. Over 12 pairs of underwear and a bunch of socks missing. 6 underwear for 3 weeks of laundry when I picked up my laundry. They have some explaining to do tomorrow."
"WARNING!!! They are the worst laundry service you could ever use in the area. They have discolored my clothes and towels on 3 occasions. They burn clothes because they put it the dryer too long and shove everything in one load with no regard to color separation. Stains on my clothes & my white towels are all different colors (see photos). They gave me an attitude when I called each time to complain and threatened to no longer do business with me. Well guess what, I’m no longer doing business with YOU. I spend easily $150 a month on laundry and they don’t have the decency to take care of my clothes. DON’T USE THEM FOR WASH & FOLD…TRUST ME."
