Clean City Laundromat

"Needed to buy small detergent. The Tide was 8.50. I gave my card and the clerk said they only take cash. Used their ATM. Charged 2 dollars. Gave them the 20 to pay for the detergent then they tell me they don't have change for a 20.!!! Horrible customer service and I'm out 2.00, with no detergent. It's not the customer's responsibility to have cash to buy the products you want to sell"

"Spacious, clean , convenient BUT the washers and dryers are extremely overpriced! I first time there since they reopened don't think I will be going back ."

"The place has been remodeled. The washing machines are new. I like that you can set the cycle that you want. Gentle etc. However, when you choose hot water it never comes out hot. It comes out cold very cold. Not good!!!! Also when you go dry you must check because the driers of the same size some give you 8 minutes and the one below or above of the same give you 10 minutes. For the same price. My biggest problem is choosing hot water for the whites and the water comes out cold as if it were from the fridge not even warm. They must fix this"

"THIS LAUNDROMAT IS NOT 24 HOURS! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VAULE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I just left this laundromat after waiting in the cold for a very long time to get in. All the lights were on. The TVs were on. And I saw clothes in some of the dryers. One door was barricaded from the inside with trash cans and street cones. The other door was locked tight. And I saw nobody inside. There was a car parked out front with somebody sleeping in it and the car was running. I assumed it was a worker so I waiting a very long time in the cold just to see if they were taking a break and of course this person was sound asleep. I called the store number several times and nobody answered. After reading all of the other reviews I must confirm that the machines do take your money, half of the machines don't work, dryers don't dry properly, and the folding tables are beat up. The workers be drinking in the laundromat and smoke outside of the main entrance. This laundromat is a disgrace to the community! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VAULE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!"

"Employees are respectful. However the only thing that may frustrate me is that there are more out of order washing/Dryers machines and it is never fixed so that more machines can be available to use. I don't understand why the owner leaves the machines unfixed. I've been going to this laundry mat for the past 7 years. Its almost is like the owner doesn't care and very cheap to repair fixtures."
