"I wash and dry my own laundry here often however one of the dryer machines burned several of my clothes, leaving heat/scorch marks on them. Told this to the woman that works there and she became aggressive and blamed ME for the damage to my clothes saying I used the machine incorrectly.. yet I’ve went here for years and never had an issue prior. She yelled at me in front of other customers and told me to never come back. What a disgusting woman. The man is more courteous and understanding."
