"This place is a ripoff I brought in two summer dresses to be washed and altered and the woman who worked there told me it was 122.00 dollars then she changed the price to 112.00 dollars which was still overpriced its ridiculous. I will never come back to Vision Cleaners again. I paid the 112.00 dollars lbecause I am going on vacation soon and I needed the service, but never again."

"I took 4 long sleeve sreas shirts and had them converted to short sleeve. They did it in one day and fairly priced. Opened 6 days a week, as early as 7am."

"Two of three blouses were shrunken; I guess I got lucky and the third one was ok because I pointed out a makeup stains so it was treated differently. The blouses are identical save for the colors. In addition to shrinkages the fabric is twisted and seams don’t align. I think they just wet wash the clothing and hope for the best...no DRY CLEANING going on there. Also, they are more expensive than the White Plains cleaners I typically go to. AWFUL experience."

"BEWARE!!!! I took my expensive Via Spiga overcoat to this cleaners and they ruined my once leather band of my coat then tried to blame it on the manufacturer. They did not take responsibility for the damage they caused to my coat. This review was not done to be malicious but to WARN consumers of what they will deal with should their clothing be damaged. I have attached a photo of my damaged coat. didn't even receive an apology. It was more like "oh well, your coat was ruined; Call the manufacturer because it's not our fault". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!"
