"On July 30, I dropped off my business laundry (sheets, towels and robes) to be washed. The laundry is all white and needed to be washed in hot water with clorox added. I own a massage business and I have dropped off my laundry many times. I also patronize your establishment to do my personal laundry. All previous occasions the laundry was done well. However this time the laundry was done poorly. The laundry was not soft, rather dry and stiff. It appeared no clorox or fabric softener was used. The laundry was wrinkled and folded poorly and not organized properly. Towels sheets and robes were disbursed in all of the bags. It appeared that everything must have been stuffed into one dryer to dry or left in the dryer and not folded when the laundry was warm. I spent $77 for this poor service. Ticket no.2733. Teresa Espinobarros was on the ticket. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied. I didn't take any photos. This quality of service does not represent the usual great quality of service I'm used to getting from your establishment."
"Super clean, super easy to get a card, add balance, machines are really good. You can even buy beverages with your laundry card which is very efficient. Definitely my new favorite place to do laundry!"
