"This laundry is Olay, but some of the customers act like it's their there own personal washers and Driers, they put clothes in washer/,Drier just to hold it. When they are gone for more then 15 minutes. If longer than 10 minutes than you should be made to wait, and some people hold on to carts not releasing it until they're fully done with their laundry , be careful because if you drop anything you will never recover it."

"I’ll start by saying that I dropped off clothes for cleaning services days later once I was home and started putting things away I realized that I was missing sheets and clothes. I went back the following day and they forgot to add the sheets to my bag. Ok, mistakes happen now what happen to the rest of my things? No where to be found. They have a sign up that states they aren’t responsible for any list items that are left in their care and the employee used that as her excuse. Extremely unprofessional and the owners follow up was that he was going to check the camera. Ok but how do you notice on camera what clothes are mines? I offered to watch it with him and was denied the privilege. Final result no clothes and no apology for the missing things. I took a huge LOST!!!! I went once to wash my own clothes and after spending over $200 in a day washing clothes from 10am-until almost closing they kicked me out because I had been washing clothes there all day! What?!? I was spending money in their establishment and I vow never to go back again due to the unprofessional treatment."
