"This laundry by McDonald on west 238 street HAS THE WORST DROP OFF SERVICE WILL NEVERRRRR GO THERE AGAIN and I have clothes missing whom ever washed my clothes and did the folding terrible job I wouldn’t even give this establishment not even one star that’s how terrible they are"
"Went to wash my cloths and selected 2 machines at $ 6.99 a piece thinking the machines are new so great. Selected hot water and noticed the machines were not filling so my cloths could not wash. Went to the girl who works there to have her look at the machine. She said she would come over in a moment. The place was empty and not only did she not come over but she didnt speak English. I went back and asked for a manager but again she didn't understand. I lost money and my cloths did not wash."
"The new Broadway laundry might be looking good but it sure is not acting good even though you put your money in there your wash is not getting clean because I don’t give enough water or enough time to dry your clothes so you’re coming home with wet dirty clothes after you spent 30 dollars or more."

"Friday and weekend at least 5 -8 homeless people are sleeping in their and it smells horrible at these times, but close to 8am the staff rush to moped the place with strong scent. Their are small cockroaches in this please, it gets very busy during the day time because ot it size and the larger amount machine washer and dryer that are usually out of order or don't work properly . Update it might have changed so if anyone has an update ,my review was before covid ."
