"Dropped off a hood sweater that needed a zipper replacement and a pair of sweatpants that required patches on the inside of both legs. Upon picking up my items, I noticed that the hood sweater zipper was replaced with a different color zipper. The sweater originally had a silver colored zipper. It was replaced with a red zipper which ruins the look of the sweater. The patch work for the sweatpants was done as though an amateur did the job for the first time. I gave the one star because the tailor that did the work came to me humbly and wanted to fix the problem with the patch work. I did refuse the offer, but the frustration really comes from how the cashier handled me in a condescending manner on top of paying the exaggerated price for these two jobs. I came here for convenience because their location was close. I’ve used them a few times before for dry cleaning only. It’s unfortunate that some people do not know how to show a little empathy for a job not well done and poor customer service. A customer is not supposed to leave an establishment feeling the way that I felt leaving this place, especially after paying my money. Absolutely horrible!!!!"

"I bought a pair of jeans to this cleaners to be clean and they swirk my jeans. I told the lady at the counter about this and she replied rudely that they read and followed the instructions on label. I go back there today which is Friday and she did not greet me and asked me if I was going to say hi as if she walked in my establishment. This lady is rudy and she needs to be fired. I will be contacting the management. I was there on Friday at approximately 430pm."
