"I was really hoping this place would work out. I saw good reviews on yelp and had high hopes. Unfortunately I left extremely disappointed. I was charged $70 for a dress to be taken in at the shoulders and on the bust. Which I thought was overpriced but I was willing to pay that for what I thought would be quality work. When I picked up my dress, it fit even worse. Gaping at my armpits and the sleeves sliding off my shoulders. They attempted to fix it but it didn’t work. I asked for the stitches to be taken out so I could take it elsewhere to get fixed or return it and they refused. I didn’t even ask for a refund, just for the stitches to be taken out. I was then blamed and told it was my fault. The least they could’ve done was undone the horrendous job done. I hate writing bad reviews but this was such a disappointing waste of money and I hope to prevent this from happening to anyone else."

"I have been using this dry cleaner for years without incident. Lately, they have ruined several things on me. Today I picked up a not inexpensive linen table cloth I've have cleaned there many times. I don't know what they did but all the color has been striped out of it. It was light grey when I brought it in and pink when I picked it up. We've had several issues with them lately. We will not use them again in the future."

"Great place to bring your clothes! This place not only dry cleans but has an on-site tailor too. No need to buy new pants when there’s a good tailor who can take them in for you! Nice and professional staff who definitely knows their stuff."

"This shop did a fantastic job with altering my dress and kindly expediting the readiness date! I purchased my dress about two weeks prior to a wedding out of state and needed the hem to be shortened and the side slit to be slightly higher. Not only did they follow my instructions but they also had it ready ahead of schedule. I managed to get my dress with days left to spare instead of nervously waiting for it the day before my flight. I will definitely be using them again!"

"I took 2 designer sweaters and a jacket worth more than $4,000.00 to this cleaners. They told me they had experience with high-end clothing and could clean each item. Two sweaters shrunk 2 sizes and looked like they belonged to a child. The leather on the jacked was burned around the collar. They blamed everything on the “manufacturer”, St. John! They refuse to pay and the value is too high for small claims court. Do not bring anything that isn’t washable to this cleaners! Certainly nothing valuable."
