"If I could give negative stars I would. I won’t be coming back to this laundromat ever. There were already some concerns that I had with this establishment prior to my most recent concern. Being in this area for the past two years I saw a lot of changes within this business. Prices on the washing machines all went up by $.50, however, the machines have not been updated therefore the same issues they had before continue to exist (and some of the machines will take your money, I’ve lost money on more than one occasion). The dryers used to be set at 7 mins per quarter, now it’s 5 mins per quarter; this all occurred before covid. Now to my most recent concern. I didn’t have time to do my laundry therefore I did drop off service. For the possibly 5 loads of clothing I dropped off I gave them a full bottle of both gain detergent and suavitel fabric softener and both were a good size. I personally did not like how my clothes come out smelling when they use their own products the last time I did drop off so I provided my own cleaning products. I am heavy handed on the soap and softener when I wash my own clothing because I like my clothes to smell good so I expected a decent portion to be gone but what I received back (after I went back to the laundromat to collect the products as it was not given to me with my laundry) was DISGUSTING!!!!! I’ve never used as much products on my own clothes as what “appears” to have been used; mind you this establishment encourages 1/4 use of detergent for these “he” machines. These bottles were not small yet half the gain detergent was gone and ALL of the fabric softener was used and REPLACED with a ANOTHER softener that was a DIFFERENT COLOR...AND someone else’s name written on my products. *looks left, looks right* what happened? When I confronted the laundromat employee about what looked like my product misuse she had no words for me, she was stumbling on her words when it looked like I was waiting for an answer and could hardly look me in my face. I gave her back what was left of the fabric softener because what was left was not mine (I don’t know what’s in this bottle and I’m not taking this odd looking substance home). I am absolutely turned off and appalled! I feel disrespected and used, this in addition to the operations of this establishment being unattractive because it seems like they don’t care because there is no “real” competition around. Good luck trying to speak to the owner about your concerns; I’ve seen him, he only cares about his gospel music and his money. Never again will this business receive my support, I will drive a few more mins to get the results I deserve. They do as they please and will use you to their benefit always. Horrible!!!!!"

"Overall dirty environment with excessively rude staff. Drop off service is useful, but the younger girl on shift most times refuses to acknowledge your presence then doesn't say a word to you and just throws an attitude."

"This laundromat has the worst staff ever. The I down looking lady with the reddish hair is super rude and looks bothered when you ask her a question. Not only is she rude to the customers but she also makes remarks about customers to her kids who seem to be embarrassed by that. Poor kids... very unprofessional and rude. Don’t go there if you can avoid it !"
