"Worst experience at cleaners. I dropped off clothes on Sunday and was told to pick up my clothes on Wednesday, as I was told it would definitely be ready. On Wednesday was told to come back later in the day, and then told again to come back the following day and then told again the same the following day, this continued for several days. They had no idea when my clothes would be ready. The odd thing is every time I arrived to pick up my clothes the guy at the front pretended to search for the clothes for 15 minutes, how do you not know where customers clothes are located? While searching I asked are they ready or not and he just didn't respond or acknowledge I asked him the question. Due to several day delay, it impacted an event I attended as clothes were still not ready 7 days later. When I received my clothes back they did a horrible job at hemming (gluing) my dress pants. Not worth 22 dollars. This place is completely incompetent. Do not trust this cleaner."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dropped off a full length suede coat which had to be sent out for cleaning only for it to be returned DAMAGED and UNCLEANED saying my coat was already damaged and therefore was not cleaned. LIARS now the owner will not tell me WHO HAD MY COAT! Absolutely horrible establishment, basically told me that my coat was ripped and damaged and nothing they could do. SO IM A LIAR? I have a damaged coat? NO I DID NOT"
