"Customer service was good, job well done, first time customer and first time using a cleaning service and it saved me time to do other things. I was recommended by a friend and after spoke to my friend about the process and a minimum time and cost I paid and she mentioned she never paid that much or know about a minimum time. My whole spot didn't even get cleaned, almost an hr to clean a bathroom that I upkeep. I guess maybe the rates are based on location. This was compounded later when I learned that other services offer more for less and my friend who pays less to them, kinda stung."
