"The woman working was very unfriendly and lazy. Also couldn't understand why a sign is posted to fold your clothes at home if things like the table could easily be wiped down/disinfected frequently. I hope they bring back the other woman who was better and was glad to help customers. Plus at least SMILED at customers instead of staring and acting silly."
"Change machine gave us $15 in quarters instead of $20 worth after putting in a $20 bill but we called the owner and he's reinversing us. Otherwise, the dryers look disgusting on the inside. The cheapest washing machines look pretty gross (these are the ones that cost $2, only 2/7 are working right now) and the sink in the back only has really cold water. Washing machine 16 also swallows up any underwear or socks. Several machines are also out at once at any given time. The washing machines definitely clean clothing well however and the dryers do a better job then the ones at Tappan laundry next door. $0.25 gets you 7 minutes of drying time."
