"DID A DELIVERY & pick up. Got my clothes back & it was still dirty. Opened up a pair of socks & crumbles came out. Clothes still smell. Called & requested refund. They denied it & boss called me very rude & disrespectful. Did not fix the issue. DONT GO HERE.! Scam!!!!!! They just wash without soap & throw it in the dryer! DISGUSTING!"
"DON’T GO HERE! THEY OVERCHARGED ME AND I HAD TO NEGOTIATE A LOWER PRICE FOR MY CLOTHES BACK. Most of my jobs have been in the customer service industry, so I try to be extra kind to because I know what it’s like to be on the receiving end of angry customers. The workers at this place, however, are incredibly disrespectful and rude. I dropped off clothes at the end of the day on Wednesday, rather than weighing my bag (which was small) - the employee just took the bag and did not give me a ticket. I asked her to weigh it specifically because I wanted to know if it met the 13lb minimum. She wouldn’t take the scale out from the closet and made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. “Don’t worry about it” attitude. I pick up my clothes today and they want me to pay for 13lbs of clothes even though my bag was only 8lbs. I explained the situation, explained that I’d pay the for the 8lbs now and moving forward I would ensure that my clothes met the weight minimum. NOPE. They made me pay for 10lbs worth of stuff or they wouldn’t return my clothes. And then told me if I didn’t pay for 13 pounds I wasn’t welcome back! I’ll happily take my clothes elsewhere - holding my clothes hostage was ridiculous."
