Two Maids

"The cleaners do a great job and are perfectly friendly, this is not a complaint about the cleaners themselves as this seems to be a large service and different people come every time. Customer service is unresponsive, unprofessional, and does not respond to concerns. In the two years I have used this service, here is some of the damage they have done to our home: Broke an Apple TV by getting it soaking wet with cleaning fluids Broke our stovetop by doing the same, and stripped all numbers from the stovetop Broke our garbage disposal Somehow, they are using cleaning supplies that are so corrosive as to strip the numbers off of our stovetop and other electronics, but not strong enough to get mold out of the tub as I am left needing to do this myself. For what they charge none of these issues should be a concern. I had kept using them out of convenience and not wanting to do the work of finding a new service but I would spare yourself the trouble of working with such a large and faceless company that could not care less about doing the right thing."
