"Used Jarrach Cesspool, inc. In June of 2022. Paid for a full truck load at a crazy high price in an emergency situation. Jarrach Cesspool convinced my wife to spend $350.00 for chemicals and aeration. My wife did all this to make sure cesspool worked well and extend the timeframe between needed use of the service again. The normal time frame is 3-5 YEARS (we were on a 7year schedule). My wife was hoping for 5 years. Cesspool full to the point of overflowing 7 months later. We lived at this house for 15 years and drained the Cesspool in year 7 and then again in year 14 and now again completely full in year 15. Very concerned that the service was completed correctly or much at all after using Jarrach Cesspool back in June of 2022. If anyone else has had the same issue please help warn the public."

"We have used Jarrach Cesspools three times since 2004 so I called them again for a recent issue with our cesspool. They came and remembered exactly where the cesspool was located. They were in and out within 15 minutes. They even recalled that we had a setup in our basement (an ejector pump to accommodate for a basement kitchen) so they asked that I run the water to make sure everything was okay after they completed the job. This verified that my original issue was resolved as I no longer had water coming out of a pipe when sinks were utilized. After they left, I could not even tell they were there when I looked at our lawn. Great job. They also provided a senior discount for my Mom. Very satisfied."

"Do NOT use this company, they will rob you blind.... I called and spoke to Robyn who clearly needs to learn how to talk to people. Anyway, I had a cesspool odor inside and outside my house that I just purchased. 2 workers did what I thought would be a good job. But after a week or so it still smelled inside and out. I called and spoke to Robyn again and explained this again to her, she laughed and said “ sounds like you need a plumber” and then hung up. I immediately called back trying to be nice only to insulted over and over again and still laughed at and hung up on. I had my wife call only for Robyn to still laugh at her and hung up. I paid $550 for this “ so called company” to do a service that was not done correctly obviously. After months of calling and trying to reason with Robyn that I paid for service to be done, it got me no where. Seems I was talking to a very unstable woman with a possible bi-polar disorder. Long story short, call Certified Cesspool & drain inc if you want the job done the right the first time. $350 is what I was charged for an informative and honest answers to all my questions and a job well done. So, Certified Cesspool & Drain Inc got 5 stars and a great review. This company gets 1 star and a bad review only because you can’t choose 0 stars. Bring your business and cesspool problem to Certified Cesspools. Who’s laughing now Robyn ? Sounds like I need a plumber ? Sounds like you need psychiatric help!"

"DO NOT....I REPEAT.....DO NOT waist your money on this company!!!! What a horrible experience from beginning to end. We sure learned the hard way! I don’t understand how this company is even still in business. First off there prices are extremely expensive and to top it off the job they did for us was awful. We just moved Into our home back in 2016 and wanted to make sure our cesspool was clean. Then we kept smelling a bad odor and they wouldn’t send there guys back to see what the issue was! The woman ROBBIN who always answers the phone is extremely rude and obnoxious! I can not believe they allow this woman to handle there phone calls. She was fighting with us and laughing telling us to call a plumber and kept hanging up on us. What!!!??? We just paid you 600 dollars are you kidding me!? Now 2 years later we call back again and complain that we’re smelling an odor by the cesspool STILL and we still get the same response to call a plumber! What on gods green earth does a plumber have anything to do with a cesspool smell outside! So again, we were told they would MAYBE come Wednesday and charge us first before looking at anything for $225.00. So now I thought about this and said why would I waist more money on these morons! I called another company called CERTIFIED CESSPOOL AND DRAIN INC and they were EXCELLENT!!!! They got to my house in 20 minutes. There prices were excellent!! The men were very knowledgeable and professional!! They got the job done quickly. There ratings online are amazing all 5 stars! And that’s how a business should be ran. And what do you know the cesspools was full!! And if i would have waited for this company the waist could have backed up into my house! Robbin needs professional psychiatric therapy!"

"We had Hector come out to our house in Melville on May 16th 2014. Two other companies attempted to find our cesspool in the past without any luck. Hector came out and located it within 1/2 hour. He then pumped it for what I was quoted by phone and added a manhole neck and cover for a very reasonable price. I don't ever write reviews but was very impressed with Hectors skills and his companies accurate price quoting and phone skills. Highly recommend this company."
