"Literally scheduled an open house. My Mother spent all day cleaning and preparing just for him to no call/no show. His excuse was "the Bills are playing". Very unprofessional. My advice is to go with anybody else. Take any postive reviews with a grain of salt as this realtor offers a gift for a 5 star review."
"DO NOT USE THEM. The worst ones out there. They do not return any calls and are rude. I used one of their agents and she not only wanted to charge me two times higher for closing costs (I consulted my lawyer and he assured me I should not pay this high of an amount) but she was trying to fool me with the "dream" house she supposedly found. She was very unprofessional and stopped showing me house after a few ones she showed and I did not choose to buy them. She also was asking me to bid higher than the house was going for which I refuse and one time she put a higher bid without consulting with me. Seems like after she saw my bank statement she just wanted to use every penny she could. Also I called another realtor for many many times and she was not only rude but did not return my calls after I finally reached her. It is very hard to get hold of them and when you do they are not even wiling to show you house you interested in. Also based on the comments I read online, they seem to have a big ego and need to calm down. They do not prioritize their clients and all they need is money. They will argue with you to get their truth (which are just excuses). Do not use them. Horrible agency."
