"Staff was very friendly, informative, took the time to get to know you. Laughs, jokes made ya feel at home. Campground is very clean. We rented one of the tent primitive sites with electric and water, cement pad, tables and even a little stand with a roof. Site was very clean and well taken care of. Electric and water were maintained. Overall extremely pleased with this campground and all their staff."
"Rented a small cabin, it was nice but no AC (we made it fine with the fan we brought). Most of the other KOA cabins have AC. Kids amenities are excellent but the pool hours stink. They close super early. One closed at 7pm the other at 8pm that the earliest I've ever seen. Bathrooms were nice but a little dirty (some dirt is expected in a campground but there is a solid inch of dirt around the base of the showers). Laundry machines were clean and reasonably priced $3/washing and dryers were $.25/5 minutes. Very close to Buffalo and Niagara. Wifi in our cabin stunk, could stream any video and most websites would freeze. Overall a nice park but there's room for improvement."
"Such a great place! Very happy with our weeks stay. Pools are great lots of space at each site. Just wish a few more activities for the kids but there are lots of things to do. Bounce pillows. Outdoor games pickle ball, chess sets, ping pong. And great play grounds. Thanks for great memories made for our trip to Niagara Falls."
"Great place to stay and really convenient to Niagara Falls but very crowded and does not really feel like a campground. My big complaint is that the cabin we rented had a k cup coffee machine and not an actual coffee machine. The cabin sleeps 8 people. K cups make sense for a hotel room with 1 bed where there is also free coffee in the lobby but a campground in a cabin with room for 8 I feel like you should have an actual coffee cup. Hotel rooms people wake up and leave. Here, people are staying around the campground and sometimes cooking breakfast. It's nice to have a pot of coffee and not have to make individual cups. Lots to do for the kids and very clean though. Not really a campground vibe but more of a hotel or resort."
"This is one of the better campgrounds I’ve stayed at. They had tons of activities for kids both structured and unstructured. The front office was extremely helpful with any issues we had and very polite. There is an amusement/water park next door that you can access from the campground. And a place for putt putt and go karting on the other side just a short way down the road. The showers and bathrooms were clean. The cabins were also very clean and spacious. They were free of bugs and spiders which was a welcome change from some others. It’s worthwhile to upgrade your cabin to one with a/c etc. And the cost was a great value compared to some other places with fewer amenities. It’s just a short 15 min ride to the falls and state park as well. Definitely recommend!"
